Will I know my DJ?

Absolutely! Prior to any event we always schedule a free planning session to give our clients a chance to talk with us. The DJ who will be at your event will be your main point of contact to ensure all of your expectations and needs are met.


How large is your music library

and what songs will you play at my wedding?

Our Music Library contains well over 10,000 songs to date, however with the convenience of music available online our library is basically limitless! Our DJs will consult with your before your event and tailor our playlists to your preferences. As the night evolves, we use all of our musical resources to always play the best music at the right moment.


What type of audio equipment do you use?

We are continually updating our equipment to ensure its reliability and quality.  Currently we are utilizing Crown Amplification, Yamaha PA Speakers,

and a Pioneer mixing controller.

What type of lighting do you provide?

We have a huge inventory of uplighting, FX lighting,

spot lights, lasers and many different fog effects.

Have you DJed at my venue before?

We have DJed at hundreds of venues in the Tri-State area, so there is a good possibility we have worked with your venue. If you choose a venue we haven't played, we will coordinate in advance to make sure everything goes smoothly, including visiting the venue and making contact with the Maitre D'.

What will my DJ wear?

Our DJs look as good as we sound! We maintain a clean-cut professional appearance at all times and consult with you before your event to make sure we are dressed appropriately.

What time will my DJ arrive at our venue for set-up?

Our DJs will arrive a full hour before a typical event. Our actual setup time is approximately 20 minutes, but we aim to leave time for any last minute details and to ensure the system is tuned to your specific room.


What if something goes wrong?

Every aspect of our operation has a fail safe. To start, our DJs never work alone.  We always work in two-man teams to make sure each job is successful. We extend this philosophy to our equipment. Our DJs carry back up gear to ensure that, if our main equipment has a problem, your event will still proceed flawlessly.


Do you carry insurance?

We carry general liability insurance and an umbrella policy.

Can you provide the sound system, microphone,

and music for our ceremony?

We can provide additional systems to ensure we do not have to move gear during your event. This can include sound systems for your ceremony, (indoor and outdoor) cocktail hour, reception. Our equipment also includes wireless lapel mics for your officiant.


Can you provide the equipment for a video slide show?

YES!  We can provide projection equipment as an add on to any DJ package.

How far in advance of my wedding should I book my DJ?

Your wedding entertainment should be booked as soon as the location is secured for your party or reception. For weddings and other parties with emcee duties, it is especially important to book early to ensure each and every detail is addressed before the big day.
